What these numbers mean
What is the funding rate?
Perpetual futures have no expiry, so exchanges use a funding payment to keep the contract price close to the spot price.
What is open interest?
Open interest is the total value of futures contracts that are currently open.
What is the long/short ratio?
It compares the number of accounts holding long positions against those holding short positions.
What is taker flow?
Taker flow compares aggressive buy volume against aggressive sell volume.
